Your website is important, and it deserves consistent care. To keep updates organized, timely, and fair for every client, website management services will be performed on a scheduled weekly maintenance day starting July 1, 2026.

Each client receives 10 hours per month of website maintenance and upkeep. These hours are divided into weekly service time, giving each client approximately 2.5 hours per week for website updates, maintenance, and improvements.

What’s Included

Your monthly website management service may include:

  • Website content updates

  • Page edits
  • Minor layout adjustments
  • Menu updates
  • Button and link updates
  • Blog or announcement posting

  • General website upkeep

This service is designed to help keep your website current, polished, and working properly without you having to manage every detail yourself.

How the Schedule Works

Each client is assigned one website update day per week.

During your scheduled update window, I will review and complete your approved website requests based on the time available for that week.

For example:

10 hours per month = approximately 2.5 hours per week

This helps make sure every client receives dedicated time and attention while keeping projects organized and moving forward.

When to Send Updates

Please send all website update requests at least 24 hours before your scheduled maintenance day.

This gives us enough time to review your request, gather any needed files, and complete your updates as smoothly as possible.

Requests may include text changes, photos, graphics, event details, service updates, pricing changes, new announcements, or other website needs.

Late Requests

Requests sent after your scheduled update day may be moved to the following week’s update window.

This helps keep the schedule fair for all clients and prevents delays for other scheduled work.

If something is urgent and needs to be completed outside your weekly update window, a rush fee may apply.

Monthly Hours

Each website management client receives up to 10 hours per month.

Unused hours do not automatically roll over to the next month unless approved in advance.

Additional work beyond the included monthly hours may be billed separately.

Rush or Emergency Updates

Rush updates are requests that must be completed outside your scheduled weekly maintenance day.

Examples may include:

  • Same-day changes
  • Emergency corrections
  • Last-minute event updates
  • Urgent homepage edits
  • Time-sensitive announcements
  • Unexpected website issues

Rush requests are handled based on availability and may require an additional fee.

Client Responsibilities

To help your updates go smoothly, please send complete information when making a request.

This may include:

  • Exact wording for text changes
  • Photos or graphics you want added
  • Links that need to be updated
  • Event dates and times
  • Page names where changes should be made
  • Any special instructions

The more complete your request is, the faster and smoother your update can be completed.
