How can I get my website designed for free?
Just ask someone on our team. We stopped designing free in 2019 and started back in 2024.
Do I own my Domain & Website Design?
You own anything you PAID FOR.
What all do I pay?
You pay per year for your domain ($20.00), and a monthly hosting and/or maintenance cost. No taxes & some fees may apply.
We also negotiate service costs for our clients. If you are on a custom plan tailored just for you, you won’t see your prices. Contact Support.
What’s your turnaround time?
This varies depending on how busy we are and what you are asking for. We try not to take on more than we can handle. If you need your project completed sooner, you can always consider Fast Track to move up the line.
What platform do you use to develop/design my website?
Although we can a host a variety of platforms we design & develop our websites in WordPress.
Other platforms we host include Joomla, Magneto, Concrete 5, & Drupal.
I can’t afford my hosting this month. Can you help?
There is a 2-day grace period and another 3 days before your account is suspended. It will be automatically terminated after 30 days. There is a $55 restoration fee if you lose your website after 15 days.
What are all the services that IDm Hosting provide?
We provide Website Hosting Services, Social Media Marketing Services, Digital Marketing and Seo Services, and Logo Design Services.
What Payment Methods do your accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Cash App. We ended our Paypal relationship.
Do you accept Cash app?
No. We do not accept Cash App at this time.
