By using the free website design services offered by IDM Hosting, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before starting your project.

1. Free Website Design Offer

IDM Hosting provides free website design services for clients who purchase and maintain website hosting through our company.

The free design service includes the visual setup and structure of the website using materials provided by the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials required to complete the website, including but not limited to:

Written website content
Logos and branding materials
Images and graphics
Product information
Contact information
Legal pages and policies
Any required business information

IDM Hosting is not responsible for creating or supplying missing content unless separately agreed upon in writing.

3. Services Not Included

The following services are NOT included in the free website design offer unless specifically purchased separately:

Content writing
Product uploads
Form creation
Graphic design
Logo creation
SEO services
Website maintenance
Website updates
Custom programming
Third-party integrations
Domain registration fees
Premium plugins or paid software licenses

Additional work requested outside the free design scope may require additional payment.

4. Hosting Requirement

All free website design projects require active hosting service through IDM Hosting.

Hosting fees begin once the website design is completed and approved for launch.

Failure to maintain hosting payments may result in:

Website suspension
Website removal
Loss of website access
Termination of services
5. Ownership & Access

Clients retain ownership of the content they provide.

IDM Hosting retains the right to:

Use completed websites in portfolios or promotional materials
Refuse projects that violate laws, policies, or ethical standards
Remove websites that violate hosting policies

Administrative access to the website may be limited until hosting invoices are paid.

6. Revisions

Reasonable design revisions may be allowed during the design phase.

Excessive revisions, major redesign requests, or repeated structural changes may require additional fees at IDM Hosting’s discretion.

7. Turnaround Time

Website completion times vary depending on:

Project size
Client response time
Content delivery
Revision requests

IDM Hosting does not guarantee specific completion dates unless agreed upon separately in writing.

8. Client Delays

Projects may be paused, delayed, or canceled if the client:

Fails to provide required content
Stops communication for an extended period
Delays approvals or feedback

Inactive projects may require restarting fees or updated hosting terms.

9. Third-Party Services

Some websites may rely on third-party services, plugins, themes, payment gateways, or software.

IDM Hosting is not responsible for:

Third-party outages
Plugin conflicts
External software failures
Third-party pricing changes
Security issues caused by third-party services
10. Limitation of Liability

IDM Hosting shall not be held liable for:

Business losses
Website downtime
Data loss
Lost profits
Security breaches
Search engine ranking performance
Client-uploaded content issues

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of business performance or financial results.

11. Prohibited Content

Clients may not use IDM Hosting services for:

Illegal activity
Fraudulent content
Copyright infringement
Malware or harmful software
Adult or exploitative material prohibited by law
Hate speech or harassment
Spam or phishing activity

IDM Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these rules.

12. Cancellation

Clients may cancel hosting services at any time.

Upon cancellation:

Websites hosted through IDM Hosting may be taken offline
Certain files or configurations may not be retained indefinitely
Additional migration or transfer assistance may require fees
13. Modifications to Terms

IDM Hosting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting content, requesting services, or using hosting through IDM Hosting, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
