Refund Policy

At IDM Hosting, we are committed to providing reliable hosting and website-related services. By purchasing any service through IDM Hosting, you agree to the following refund policy.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to IDM Hosting are non-refundable once services have been activated, started, delivered, or made available for use.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Website hosting services
  • Website design services
  • Store setup services
  • Graphic design services
  • Content-related services
  • Plugin installations
  • Website setup fees
  • Monthly service fees

Because server space, labor, setup time, software resources, and system allocation begin immediately after activation, refunds are not provided for partially used services or completed work.

Prepaid Hosting Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered for unused prepaid hosting time that has not yet been fulfilled on the server.

Example:

  • If a client prepays for multiple months or a yearly hosting plan and cancels early, only the unused future hosting time may be considered for partial refund review.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Time already used
  • Current billing periods
  • Setup or labor already completed
  • Design work already performed

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services at any time.

Upon cancellation request:

  • Services will remain active through the remainder of the current paid billing cycle
  • Services will terminate at the end of the next billing period unless otherwise stated
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for remaining days within an active billing cycle

Clients are responsible for backing up any website files, emails, databases, or content before service termination.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact IDM Hosting directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent termination of services
  • Additional recovery or collection actions if necessary

Policy Updates

IDM Hosting reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
