I paid in Cash App but my website is still down?

Because you paid with Cash App we have to manually re-publish your website if it went down due to payments. We ask that you allow up to 48 hours for your website to be re-instated after you paid with Cash App.

How can I get a receipt of my paid services?

Once the invoice has been marked paid you can download a copy of your invoice by logging into your Idm web hosting account here.

Cash App Refunds are credited back to your account and available to use on any service or product immediately. WE DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BY CASH APP.

Why was my Cash App sent back to me?

We return payments with nothing in the notes because we can’t match it to any open invoices without the original invoice number, your email address, or your domain.
