If you still require assistance but your hosting plans doesn’t include Premium Support we got you covered. This is a one time payment created only for tech and server support. DO NOT pay this if you were not sent here by someone on team IDm.

If you require more than one service please submit a ticket and you will be invoiced at a 10% discount rate.

Premium or upgraded support allows your support ticket to include upgraded server support. This does not include plugin configuration, website maintenance, or content. This is only applies to server-side technical issues. 

This includes php upgrades, SSL installations, migrating services, full website backups, setting up emails, cron jobs, database assistance, Platform installations, ModSecurity®, hotlink protection, website server-side optimization, domain redirects, sub domain setup, and automation services.
