How can I get my website designed for free?

We stopped designing free in 2019 and started back in 2024 for one final year. We will eventually start incorporating Free Website Design in our promotions.

Do I own my Domain & Website Design?

Yes. You own any paid custom website we develop or design for you as well as your domain name.

What all do I pay?

You pay per year for your domain ($20.00), and monthly hosting and/or maintenance cost. Its either $9 or $29.00 a month. No taxes & some fees may apply.

We also negotiate service cost for our clients. If you are on a custom plan tailored just for you, you won’t see your prices.

What’s your turn-around time?

This varies depending on how busy we are and what you are asking for. We try not to take on more than we can handle.

What are all the services that IDm Hosting provide?

We provide Website Hosting Services, Social Media Marketing Services, Digital Marketing and Seo Services, and Logo Design Services.

What Payment Methods do your accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Cash App. We ended our Paypal relationship.

Do you accept Cash app?

Yes. You can pay by cash app. However, we do not send or request anything by cash app.

I can’t afford my hosting this month. Can you help?

There is a 2 day grace period and another 3 days before your account is suspended. It will be automatically terminated after 30 days. There is a $45 restoration fee.

What do I need to get started?

How much does it cost?

I don’t know, which flat rate item did you choose? Even thou every project is different, there are no hidden cost. Our flat rates makes it easier for everyone. 

What about email accounts?

Email accounts can only be on accounts with domains hosted with us.

How will I know I got an order?

We are currently working on setting up a informational page to help guide you through your website.

Can my website connect to my social media page?

Yes. You will be able to make those connections with a free or premium plugin from the repository. 

I need a website, can you help me?

Yes. We design using WordPress which is SEO friendly, easy to manage, and highly scalable for any business model. It’s also budget friendly. 😉

Do I Own my Files?

Yes if you are on a plan that includes cPanel. We are a development and digital marketing agency and you own everything you pay for including the files it comes with unless it is any one of our FREE website design plans.

When can you get started?

Right now we are on a 1 week turn around time for e-commerce websites. This time may differ by the time we have this conversation with you. This means we will be done within the amount of time specified right after you pay your first invoice.

PRICE MATCH

We  price match at request of client or brought up in a conversation with someone representing Salon Identity Mobile. Price match must state the following:

  • You MUST Show ANY competitor’s lower price and we WILL give you the exact same deal if we can.
  • If We offer MORE services than the competitor, we will offer you the same as the competitor.

 

Can I Upload & Manage my Products?

Yes. You will get a full informal or e-commerce store ready to sell and mange your products.

What about security?

Your website is fully secure on our servers. We also offer free SSL to all accounts.
