How much does it cost?
It’s free to get a cash app account. Once you’ve registered, you can pay your online retail store invoice. Register for your free Cash App Account.
We offer this convenience at a cost. Someone must manually log in to credit your website, so we incur a $3 processing fee for payments made in Cash App.
I paid in Cash App, but my website is still down.
Cash App payments require manual processing for website reactivation. Therefore, there may be a delay of up to 24 hours before your website is restored. We appreciate your patience.
To avoid any website interruptions, we advise you to enable autopay in your client account.

Cash App Refunds
Refunds are not available for this payment method. We do not refund Cash App for any purpose. However, in certain circumstances, we may issue a Cash App payment return.
Why was my Cash App sent back to me?
To ensure accurate payment processing, please include your original invoice number, email address, or domain name in the payment notes. Without this information, we may be unable to apply your payment to the correct account and may need to return the funds.
We do not accept Cash App payments for hosting invoices. Cash App payments are only accepted for first-time payments. Subsequent payments made via Cash App will incur a $3 processing fee.
How can I get a receipt for my paid services?
Once the invoice has been marked paid, you can download a copy of it by logging into your IDM business account here.
